Terms
Terms for using the ReciGit beta.
These terms are written for an early public beta. They set practical expectations for content, privacy, and safe use.
Beta product
ReciGit is an MVP beta. Features, limits, and data models may change as the product improves.
Your recipe content
You keep responsibility for the recipes, notes, comments, suggestions, collections, cook reports, ratings, and images you add. Only upload or reference content you have the right to use.
Public and private visibility
Public recipes and public collections can be viewed by anyone. Private content is intended for its owner, but you should avoid storing highly sensitive information in a beta product.
No food, medical, or nutrition guarantee
Recipe content may be incomplete, incorrect, or user-generated. ReciGit does not verify nutrition, allergens, dietary suitability, cooking safety, or medical claims.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. ReciGit may remove content or restrict access if needed to protect the service or other users.
Deletion and support
During beta, account and content deletion requests are handled manually through the feedback/contact path.
